Hotel mercure voelt altijd als thuis komen. Geniet altijd van het prachtige uitzicht, het personeel is ook altijd behulpzaam kamers groot en licht. Genoeg parkeerplekken in de garage kortom een fijn hotel met een prachtig uitzicht.

I've been coming to this hotel for six years, but this time it's a huge disappointment.
The television wasn't working, the light bulbs weren't replaced (except for one), the shower was just a trickle... frankly, it's unacceptable for a hotel of this standing. Even the bare minimum of comfort wasn't provided.
The staff is certainly friendly and attentive, but in practice, nothing was done to resolve our problems. After having to complain about everything, we ended up giving up so as not to completely ruin our stay.
The breakfast also left something to be desired: the quantity was clearly insufficient for the number of guests. And to top it all off, the coffee machine didn't work.
It's a real shame to see such a deterioration in a place I used to love.

I don't understand why this hotel still exists. You are in great danger as a guest. The walls are crumbling, the rooms are full of dust, the swimming pool was closed during our stay, the key card of the room never works, I lost a lot of time by walking to the reception every time. The gym is open, but no equipment works, everything is broken, trashy, dusty. The hotel consists of max 3 staff members. The breakfast sucks, you don't even get fruit. If you call the reception, they push everything to another service that doesn't exist in the hotel. I want my money back!!!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Maybe it's because it's the off-season. It seems that only one floor of the whole hotel is open. Even the lights in the corridor are not on. The facilities in the shower room are also out of repair. However, considering the view and price, it is a good hotel in Al Hoceima.
